Reception

This conference is one of the events planned by ADEME in the run-up to the Paris Climate Conference COP 21

In 2015, the year of COP 21, carbon accounting is at the heart of climate concerns, as it gives a benchmark and reference point for the commitments made by stakeholders.

Whatever the scale, for private-sector or public organisations, for territorial authorities, carbon assessment is the key to creating value via strategic decisions.

At the centre of this second national conference devoted to carbon accounting:

- France's position and initiatives at the European and international levels,

- The dynamics of key topics such as energy transition tools or as competitive advantage, evaluation of GHG reduction measures, carbon criteria in purchasing and procurement, issues pertaining to mass consumer goods, articulation with multiple criteria approaches, etc.

- Carte blanche to actors in climate change
This ADEME conference is open to all actors concerned with carbon footprints, whether regulated or not.

The conference venue is :
Lille Grand Palais
1 boulevard des Cités Unies
